These courses are designed for both real estate agents/realtors and auctioneers.
"FROM SIGN UP TO SALE"
A one-day course, based on Tony's best selling book "The Complete Guide to Selling Real Estate by Auction" takes you from the initial enquiry call, through the appraisal, then the auction campaign itself, the auction and finally post-auction.
Dress is casual - the day is about learning in comfort and not a fashion stakes event!
This course was suspended for a couple of years when Tony took on two franchises in the Southern Highlands. Operating these franchises gave Tony a chance to get back to the coal face and see if he could indeed "walk the walk and talk the talk".
In 2010, Tony signed up 37 auctions himself and had a success rating on his residential auctions of some 86% with a 68 day DOM - the average for Bowral is over 160! Ray White Bowral became the leading auction agency in the Southern Highlands.
In short then, Tony has shown that what he preaches does work and he is back training again, giving you the benefit of his 45+ years of experience, and 30,000 auctions under his gavel, in one day.

Database creation and management (data is dollars!!!)
Learn how to create, and then build profitably, your all important database.
On completion, successful students will gain an Accreditation Certificate from FAA to say that they have attended and passed the Course, as well as 4 CPD points.

TRAINING IS PLANNED FOR ALL AUSTRALIAN STATES AND NEW ZEALAND
1 participant: $220 (incl GST)
2-5 participants: $200 (incl GST) each
Over 5 participants: $180 (incl GST) each
Courses run from 9.00am to approx. 4.00pm. All courses include work notes and morning/afternoon tea. There are 4 CPD allowed for this course.

SEGMENTED SPECIALIST COURSES
These are 3-hour courses dealing with aspects of the auction marketing method as:
advertising and how to gain VPA (vendor paid advertising)
conducting a successful listing presentation to gain that auction
conducting a successful campaign in order to actually get paid for your time spent
working the floor (actual auction negotiation)
making the Internet your friend, not your enemy
These courses are run both at set venues or they can be run at the client's office or training facility.
