MOLPIR – ABOUT US

Molpir Publications is a new boutique publishing company specialising in books, both hard copy and e-book format, on a range of topics including real estate, business management, motivation and politics.

Publisher Sam Hudson has over 30 years experience in the publishing industry, initially with Heinemann Publishers Australia where she was publicity manager.

In her own business, Hudson Publishing, she published a wonderfully eclectic range of books by such authors as Kate Llewellyn (The Waterlily), Don Charlwood (stories of Bomber Command), former Senator Paul McLean (Bankers and Bastards) and many more.

Her career also saw her politically active as the Chief of Staff for former Australian Democrats Leaders Cheryl Kernot and Natasha Stott Despoja and National Secretary of the Australian Democrats for 17 years, ending that role in 2001 when she was head-hunted to become the Executive Director of the Australian Associated Brewers, the industry group which looks after Australia's major brewers - Foster's, CUB, Lion Nathan, Coopers Brewery and J Boag & Son.

Sam now lives in Bowral in the beautiful NSW Southern Highlands where she runs Molpir Publications, is involved in the real estate industry through her role as a trainer with the Fountain Auction Academy and is a recently appointed Board Member of Australia's National Folk Festival. She brings to Molpir a passion for publishing and prospective authors in the fields that Molpir covers are invited to contact her.
